What is flex space?

19 Oct 2015

Many multi unit industrial buildings are often called flex spaces because they are built out with smaller offices and showroom space and the balance in warehouse space. Flex space is a term commonly used to describe industrial space. You take the  warehouse space, which is not air conditioned, then add the size office or showroom space that is air conditioned and this is known as Flex Space. A Tenant can “flex” into larger of smaller air conditioned spaces as their need requires.

This is a great product for investors in the market today to purchase buildings with leased flex space or develop and lease out.  Property Dimensions has a property that fits beautifully under this design.  Check out our available properties or call us at 602-390-5111.
