Cathy Cheshier founded Property Dimensions Real Estate Group (PD) when the real estate market was collapsing during the Resolution Trust era in 1985. Cathy began to market PD as a Woman Minority Owned Company landing several listings with the RTC. Soon thereafter she began to develop land parcels as a principle owner working closely with home builders to achieve the maximum potential for each project. Her expertise in working with land use and zoning attorneys, engineers, land planners, architects and other consultants brings a wealth of practical knowledge to her clients. As a principle and Broker, Cathy has extensive entitlement experience and has completed projects in the cities of Peoria, Glendale, Phoenix, Avondale, Tolleson, Goodyear, Mesa, Buckeye, Chandler, Apache Junction, San Tan Valley & Gilbert, as well as other areas outside the Valley of the Sun. Cathy is a hard worker with excellent people skills.
Cathy and her family have lived in Arizona for over 55 years. In her spare time Cathy likes to take on the beautiful Arizona trails and enjoys entertaining family and friends. She is married to Don, has 4 adult children and 13 grandchildren who are the pride of her life.
Cathy currently serves on the board for House of Refuge, providing homes for women with children, men and women and likes to assist young struggling moms find purpose and identity in life. She is a writer and public speaker to church’s and women’s groups sharing life experiences and training people in the power of being a mentor. Shane is an experienced real estate developer, builder, and real estate sales agent. Shane has been in the valley of the sun for over 15 years, and as a transplant from the cold weather of Utah, he can understand the draw to the warmth of this great state.
Shane is a graduate of Brigham Young University’s prestigious Construction Management program and has been involved on may high profile multimillion-dollar acquisitions and dispositions. He has been involved from small one-off lot deals to hundreds of lot, multi parcel transactions. Shane has years of experience working for national home builders, engineering firms, commercial developers, and even his own real estate consulting firm and construction company. Lois Dalton is an Associate Broker and has been in the real estate business since 2004. Her area of expertise is residential home sales and leasing. Lois founded a property management company and was the Designated Broker prior to joining PD. She is equipped to create value for investors looking to increase their portfolios.

In her spare time, Lois enjoys boating, fishing and biking with her husband and volunteers with Stable Influence Charity Program, an Equine Therapy Program. As a grandmother of six, she loves children and supports Compassion International and Shalom Child Development Center in India
Courtney is a 3rd generation Arizona native with experience in hospitality, title and escrow, sales, marketing, and client services. Courtney King comes from a family with over 70 years experience in the west valley’s real estate industry specializing in farming, ranch, commercial, residential, and retail. Courtney graduated from the University of Arizona in 2007 earning her bachelor’s degrees in sociology, and communications. Courtney’s love for her state has helped her discover her passion for real estate.
