Property Dimensions, Ltd. (PD) was founded by Cathy Cheshier in February, 1987 with a name change to Property Dimensions Real Estate Group in 2009. Property Dimensions has developed into a strong local brokerage association.

Cathy has been licensed in real estate since 1973 and through the years, Cathy and her associates have built a reputation for hard work, in-depth research and effective marketing and selling. PD specializes in “user” and investor properties and is a full service commercial and residential real estate company.

PD’s staff are proud supporters of various non-profit organizations such as Discipleship Ministry International, Inc www.dmii.org and House of Refuge/House of Hope www.refugeandhope.com.  We commit to share a portion of our income to support these types of charities.

Cathy CheshierCathy founded her company when the real estate market was collapsing during the Resolution Trust era.  Cathy began to market PD as a Woman Minority Owned Company landing several listings with the RTC.  Soon thereafter she began to develop land parcels selling to home builders.  Her expertise is derived as a Broker and as a Principle, thereby offering enormous value to either a Buyer or Seller.

Cathy works with cities, engineers, architects, land planners and other essential people to bring to fruition a successful project be it for a developer or end user.  She has extensive entitlement experience both as a principle and a Broker and has completed projects in the cities of Peoria, Glendale, Phoenix, Avondale, Tolleson, Goodyear, Mesa, Buckeye, Chandler, & Gilbert, as well as other areas outside the Valley of the Sun.  Cathy is a hard worker with excellent people skills.

Cathy and her family have lived in Arizona for over 50 years.  In her spare time Cathy likes to take on the beautiful Arizona trails and enjoys entertaining her family and friends.  She is married to Don, has 4 married children and 9 grandchildren who are the pride of her life.

Cathy likes to assist young struggling single mothers to find purpose and identity in life.  She is a writer and public speaker to church’s and women’s events sharing life experiences and training people in the power of being a mentor.  Cathy likes to read current and relevant books and articles, spends time in the mountains, has hiked the Grand Canyon rim to rim, likes being with friends, and loves watching a property transition from paper to development.
